Fourth Seat Of SolidWorks / Second Seat Of SolidCAM Purchased

To increase our offline CAM programming capacity, in readiness for the delivery of our Mazak Variaxis i-500 5 Axis Vertical Machining Centre, we have purchased a fourth seat of SolidWorks along with a second seat of SolidCAM from our CAD/CAM partner Cadtek.

The new seat of SolidCAM has the required modles for full simultaneous 5 axis milling, iMachining, probing and offline full machine simulation.

We thank Anglia Ruskin University for the help they have given us to receive grant funding towards this investment from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).
